I never received my order #838593. Unfortunately, the package was stolen, and despite contacting customer service since July 24, I still haven’t received any real help or a solution.

I was asked to complete a confirmation of non-receipt — which I did but since then I’ve had no meaningful update or resolution. I’ve also tried contacting them via Instagram and haven’t received a response there either!

I understand that stolen packages can be complicated to deal with but what’s really disappointing is the lack of follow-up and customer support. I’ve now been left without my order and without any clear solution for weeks!!
