My name is Stephanie. I placed an order on October 8th, 2026, with order number #871251. The package arrived in Memphis and has been there for almost more than two weeks. Since then, I have not received any updates regarding its status.
I have also tried to reach out with questions but have not received any responses. The tracking information shows that the package has been waiting for a new delivery date for over 15 days.
