Sarah Berecry I am so defeated after this order. I ordered a pair of pants which came with a defect, when I went through the returns portal, I was told I had to pay for it to be returned even though the product was faulty, this cost me 40 aud on top of the 150 aud id spent on the pants, I returned them straight away, and 2 months later they have cancelled my return, saying the pants never made it to them, even though ive sent proof from the post office here in Australia, and all my emails are just being answered with no help or support whatsoever. So i wasted almost 200 aud on a pair of pants I dont have at all. Still waiting for some kind of help or compensation, I didnt want to write a negative review and really wanted the 'customer service' team to help. But so far nothing.
