Josefina Saavedra Mari They didn't resolve my request. On June 9th, I went to the store so they could help me with the problem I had with the delivery of the vest that needed to be exchanged. They told me it couldn't be resolved, nor could they pick it up anywhere, so they would refund my money within 72 hours to 10 days. That didn't happen. On Monday, June 15th, I received an email saying the order was on its way to the correct address, which can't be true since I said I was returning to Chile on the morning of May 10th. They told me that same Monday via WhatsApp that they would process the refund to my account, and I'm still waiting for it.
