JC -VERBENAS- I placed and paid for my order over three weeks ago, but I still haven’t received the package. The courier marked it as delivered, but it was never delivered to me and the signature is not mine.
After several contacts with EME Studios customer service, I still have neither the order nor a refund. I’m simply being told to wait for the courier’s investigation.
Very disappointing customer service. As a customer, I expected EME Studios to take responsibility and provide a solution.
